Hey Vern, there are three important parts to the plunge, imo. One is that the radius matches, two is that it stops at the same height and three is that it's matched evenly when looking down at the blade. The pictures are a little small, but it looks like your plunge radius and end points match up fairly well. Can't see if they match at the edge.

Next thing is to get grind line even, it'll be easier to fix if you stop your grind lower. Leaving room before the spine will allow you to do little corrections on finer grits.
