Tried to polish out some scratches on my Wayfarer's clip and managed only to screw it up worse than it was. Wrote to Olamic Cutlery asking if there was anything they could do. I got an immediate reply asking me to send the clip to them. I did. A week later they replied with pictures of my perfectly restored clip saying it was being returned to me, no charge for the work or the shipping. Now that's how you build customer loyalty!

Both of your experiences are the norm over at Olamic. I've had several dealings with Eugene, the owner of the company, I was simply shocked at how fast they responded and how quickly they take great care of their customers.
 
I know Eugene occasionally checks in. Repeated praise like this is one of the reasons I WILL own Olamic one of these days (probably a Swish). Eugene, please keep that model alive!
 
O OlamicCutlery is ridiculous. Made initial inquiry about a Busker build last Saturday. They finalized details with me over Saturday and Sunday and had it built to my specifications completed by Thursday. Arrived today. Spectacular. Who does that? I don't even know how it's possible given the range of possibilities for options on the Busker. :thumbsup:
 
I had a similarly impressive experience with my 247 build...waiting to hear back from Eugene about a Wayfarer.
 
Super quality, super communication. Olamic and Eugene are one of the best to deal with. Infinite :thumbsup:s.
