Tried to polish out some scratches on my Wayfarer's clip and managed only to screw it up worse than it was. Wrote to Olamic Cutlery asking if there was anything they could do. I got an immediate reply asking me to send the clip to them. I did. A week later they replied with pictures of my perfectly restored clip saying it was being returned to me, no charge for the work or the shipping. Now that's how you build customer loyalty!

is ridiculous. Made initial inquiry about a Busker build last Saturday. They finalized details with me over Saturday and Sunday and had it built to my specifications completed by Thursday. Arrived today. Spectacular. Who does that? I don't even know how it's possible given the range of possibilities for options on the Busker.
