Prayer for my wife please ...

Guys ... thanks so very much. You've no idea how much it helps me ... and her. God's there with her through this terrible affliction. I can't understand what drives it, other than it's an extremely disfunctional coping mechanism which spins into body image issues and such. It's hard to describe just how awful this thing truly is. This kills people. Those of you who've seen it first hand, you know it isn't about eating at all. Although she struggled with it off and on for years, a bit over a year ago her son (my stepson) committed suicide - and it's been a rapid and precipitous decline since. Please continue to raise her to the Lord for strength to fight and peace to heal. If you have prayer chains in your churches ... please add her name to the list - Kate Brunner, in Wisconsin. Sorry to hear about your family ordeal. I hope there are some positive changes to come.
 
Thank you so much, everyone. She's going to be discharged on Saturday ... then involved in intensive outpatient starting Monday ... God's been holding her and giving her courage to continue this fight. Please keep her in your prayers ... thanks much
