I think the miracle has already happened in this case... God almighty I don't understand how he survived that...
 
Thank you all for your prayerful support in our troubling times. We brought Michael home today and he is in a much better mood now. It is tough to sit in a hospital and wonder what is going on with your body and now the process of full healing is beginning. We have placed him in the "grandma" room as his room is quite un-navigatable by ordinary humans (if you have any teenage or young adult men you will understand this phenomenon). God has truly blessed our family and our son with keeping Michael safe and sound throughout the crash. Thus I ask you to continue to praise God and to pray for continued healing. Mike has some emotional hurdles to overcome from all of this. He is a very emotional young man who has seen his mortality up front and it has scared the hell out of him.

He had a solid community of friends to support him and through this forum and others we also had a large group of people who support us. Don't ever forget that community is NOT just a local group of people but more along the lines of those like-minded individuals that we interact with in many areas of our lives. Thank you once again for your friendship and your support in bad times.

Well I'm late getting here but Smoke Up for you and yours and especially Mike. When something such as this happens there's never time to say,
"Don't!!!!"

I am glad I read what happened before looking at the picture or I would have assumed the worst. Hope he gets into his own room soon.

Thanks for everything, Michael is home and recovering nicely. He is still sore and will be for quite a while. He has a doctors appointment on the 4th and we will know more after that. Again, I thank you for your support.
