Prayers for my wife

Judy came home Wednesday evening. She is doing well and is getting back to work at half days on Monday.

Thanks for all the prayers.
Stacy

Great news, Stacy. Glad she is doing better. Hang in there, both of you. It's a tough road, but as Chuck said, it's an illness and nothing to be embarassed about. I'll keep praying for you both.

I'm sorry Stacy, I just saw this thread and want to say +1, you're a good dude for hanging in there, family is more important than anything and kudos for your strength. I don't really pray but I sure wish you and yours well, and a smooth continuing road to recovery for your wife. Thanks for all you do,

Salem S.

Not sure hoe I missed this one Stacy. Keep fighting the good fight! With you helping her I'm sure Judy will be just fine after all's said and done. Drop me an email about that computer, I can probably help you at least get data back...

Take care and stay strong,

-d

Stacy, Glad to hear Judy is home and doing better. Prayers will continue for you both.

It has been a good weekend, and Judy is going into work tomorrow. Half day to get back into things.

She has also resolved to walk every day before work and after she gets home. This will be very good for her in several ways.

I haven't posted until now, but I have been praying for you and your wife when I think of it. Glad things are doing better.

Also glad to hear she wants to walk regularly. Exercise is good for the psyche. Americans spend way to much time sitting around. And I'm talking to myself here...

Stacy, just joined this forum.
As silly as this sounds look after yourself too.
Big hugs from Australia.

I hope that your day is filled with moments of happiness that keep your troubles at bay if only temporarily. I hope that as the days progress you notice these moments coming more often and lasting longer until they become one continuous strand of well being.

Stacy,

I didn't realize how long I've been out of the boards. Autumn and I will keep you and Judy in our prayers too. Glad things are improving and will pray for continued inprovement. Take care, friend.

Great job doing the right thing. That exercise sounds like a great idea. Routine Exercise is a really critical part of disease management when it comes to Mental illness. The most critical is taking meds as prescribed. The majority of the patients who come through the E.R. in situations like you described are there because of medication issues mostly because people stop taking them. Bipolar disorder and mental illness in general are every bit a chronic disease requiring lifelong med management, the same as diabetes. The support of a loving family is critical as well. Big respect to you and my best wishes for the future. Families like yours make the work of the treatment team so much more effective and hopeful.

My prayers are also with you and you are a good man for staying and being a husband as there are many who would not. My hats off to you and God Bless.

Judy continues to do well and things are smoothing out in life.
Thanks for the prayers and kind thoughts.

Very happy to hear Judy is well and things are much better, still I will continue to prey for the best. your a great person for standing by her and being there.

Stacy, we don't know each other but I just read this only now and I'm sorry for what happened. I respect the fact that you hung in there for your wife and family. I'm not religous nor pray but I wish you and the your family the best. I'm glad your wife is doing better and I hope all will be fine.

Nick

Glad to hear things are improving. I could not post in this forum before but had checked in on this thread a few times and was silently praying for you both.
