Prayers please

Ken,
I am so sorry to hear your wife is no longer with you. You will be in our prayers. I pray you will be a stronger man than I would be and that during your grief and morning you will be strengthened by memories of the time you were able to spend together. While I can not give proof, I sincerely believe she is in a better place where she will be rewarded for the good she has done. Our prayers are for you to be given strength to make it through this time.

I believe and I pray. I also believe that someone you are truly connected with is never lost. I still have the influence of both my Dad and my Mom daily.

Close your eyes and listen with your heart. She is not gone - and you can find her love and guidance whenever you need it.

Rob!

As was said before, for a Christian, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Sadly, that does little to quell the hurt we feel down here. I'm sorry for your loss Ken, and we'll be praying for you.

My condolances and prayers that the Lord will cradle your wife, you and your family in his loving hands. God Bless.

Hello Ken,

I just read your post about the loss of your beloved wife. My deepest and most sincere condolences. Your loss can only be comforted by your faith in God and the love you shared with your wife.

When my mother passed away three years ago she wanted this poem to be read for her. I offer it you-

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond that glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight,
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die.

God bless Miss Julie and you Ken-

your friend- Kevin Casey

I will say a prayer for Miss Julie and one for you. These are sad times for you, but it is a time when many of your friends will back you with prayers. Nothing rebuilds a person faster than the prayers of friends and the strength of the Lord.
