Do you have pictures of them you could post?
I do not have a 119, but I have a couple of 120's and the one I brought with me has a flap sheath and I am pretty sure it was about circa 1977 (though, as I said, I might have mixed up the two knives) as I had it when I went camping in the Ghost Story.
David, my blade mod on my 103 was similar to the top one with the leather stacked handle.
