i got some extra cable i want to get rid of cause i need the cash. they are precut lengths, approx 6'' long and about 3/4'' dia. And they have 7 major strands in them and lots of smaller strands making up the main strands.


I got 10 pieces for $50 paypal accepted.

yes same size not sure of composition ive never had it spectro-graphed. but me and a few other makers have made several knives with it and it heat treats nicely, and ive also quenched tested it and it does harden. my guess would be a combo of high carbon steels.

i got another batch if any one wants to try some. i sold 2 large knives out of this one and no complaints so far, its gives a nice finished pattern when forged.
