Pre-cut tarp guylines - good lengths?

Thanks for the confirmation, Mike  Have you ever experienced any problem with it loosening in wind? I'm guessing you just loop the clove hitch in between your bowline to tarp webbing loop the the tautline to the stake, correct? Edited to add: wait, your loops are already in your line. Does that mean you do a lark's head or something to the tarp webbing loop?

Ken, thanks for posting the video

^ exactly, occasionally wind will loosen things a bit (as will rain), if need be I just snug it up w/ the tautlines

a lot of high end shelters are coming w/ lineloc3's, these (also offered w/ a grosgrain loop so you can put them on your existing tarp loops) are kind of handy as it puts your tensioners close to your shelter- don't work for all applications, but are rather handy devils :)

scroll down a bit for the lineloc3's

I think I've seen something like that on my last trip to REI. I prefer not to add on gadgets, but it does indeed look handy. Looks to be pretty cheap too.
