Gentleman! A little update. I got some thicker scales from Josh, so we are ready to rock and roll on these.
I will be taking this weekend off as it is Easter and company/hosting beckons.

Also, I may decide to do a full size welt on these sheaths. I will have to see how it works out with these thicker Ember 2.5 scales.

Well, I am going to apologize in advance for the last few weeks. Life got a little rough, but I’ve started tonight on another to get the right fit for the thicker scales.

I reverted to a full welt as it just works better. Everything is fully glued up and stitching has started! Woohoo!!!

Should have some progress photos later tonight or tomorrow morning!
 
Stitching complete. :)

First burnish on the edges and now time for dye and final burnishing.

I hope to have these ready for mailing on Tuesday. (Monday is a holiday).

Monday holiday???? According to my subs every Monday is a holiday. That is the day they get over the weekend. Ohhh a Canada holiday. Drive across the border and voilà you can mail. LOL Told you I'd start something.
 
Coleman, can you please put me down for two? A brown one with red stitching and a brown one with OD stitching? Silver clip/grommet on both, please.
