We've just added the ZT0551 folding knife to our site for pre-order. This is going to be a limited edition item of 1,000 pieces and features a stonewash blade. We also have the ZT0550 available for pre-order. This is going to be a 2011 catalog item featuring a black blade.

I spoke with ZT today and these are supposed to start shipping in 3-4 weeks. Each knife is $199.95 and would qualify for free economy shipping ($6.10 value). In additional to the ZT shipping credit, you can also use our Newsletter promo code (SHIPFREEPROMO) to receive two free gifts plus another $6.10 shipping credit!


 
Yeah, but you will not ship to me. I live in New York, but not in NYC. To quote another knife fan, "Upstate is not quite as anal".

These are in pre-order status right now, as we have yet to receive delivery of these knives. These are expected to start shipping between December 2010 and January 2011.

We are still waiting on the first shipment to arrive. Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than we did several weeks ago.

Yes, it is still available on our website for pre-order. You can see the item here. ZT0551 orders should start shipping in the end of February, from the oldest orders first.

The latest date ZT has given us is that they should start shipping in May. We hope to fill all pre-orders but cannot make any guarantees.
