Hello everyone, this is my first post so I hope I don't mess it up

I recently bought a knife at a flea market. It looks like a SAK ( one large blade, bottle opener / screw driver, can punch and on the back cork screw , awl ) with white plastic scales.
Judging by the petina it looks fairly old. It is marked PREMIER SOLINGEN GERMANY.

My question is, does anyone know anything about the Premier knife company? I was told they were taken over by Puma.

I know when I was a kid ( many moons ago ) quite a few of the oldtimers carried a Premier knife.

Welcome to Bladeforums. I cannot emphasize enough how important pictures are for knife identification. A few clear, well focused and well lit pictures are priceless.

I'm actually interested in the company and if Premier brand knives can still be obtained other than as used / vintage.
