I just received my Vero Synapse and am blown away by it.
One of the nicest knives I've ever owned including Sebenzas.
So, now that I'm addicted, I need other recommendations for premium drop point folders.
Here's what i'm looking for:
- no flippers unless they're designed like the Synapse so they don't stick out the back of the knife
- any lock mechanism, except back locks
- 3-3.25" blade
- Max $350
- premium steel
- Ti, Micarta, CF, handles, no G-10
- Thin blade for great cutting performance
Thanks in advance!

Full custom or production as well?????
There are quite a few production knives that fit in your criteria!!!
Get ready.to be bombarded👍
Although your price limit does limit the field, especially custom....

I've also got a Synapse (lefty), and really like it.
Your $350 limit does place a real limitation on choices.
$450 gets you into Hinderer Country, and $550 adds his Reeve and Olamic to the dance.
Happy shopping!

A few clarifications;
- I'm a user, not collector
- Simple elegant designs are my cup of tea; minimal frills
- No tactical "high speed low drag" stuff

An example of what I like is my Quiet Carry Waypoint; simple, elegant, handle completely covers the blade, thin, slicey, not too tall.

In that case: any number of Spyderco or Benchmade will fit just fine on your shopping list...
Custom parts on the latter will solve your issue with the brand.

The Secondary market often has base models pretty close to your price point...

I was gonna write down the waypoint, as it definitely ticks all the boxes, but you are already aware of this gem of a knife. I would say the drifter, which would have a shorter blade with more belly.

Otherwise, I strongly second the Neutron 2.
