I’ve bought five Benchmade autos from them over the last couple of years. They are very friendly and provide excellent service. I’ll be buying from them again as soon as the new BM 6150s come out.

I have and I'll never do that again! Charged me for something they didn't have and never told me, I just waited and waited then canceled, I'd suggest if you do order from them, call them first and make sure they have your item in stock and if not, how long it will take, then decide. There is a thread on them here, down the line (page 14 when last checked).

Same thing here. They charged my CC and I waited for a long time for them to ship items. They sell stuff they don't have in stock (and will charge you for it!!!!!). Stay away.....
 
They had the best internet price on something I wanted.
Too bad it wasn't something they actually dealt in!!
Long story short, they charged my card the day I ordered.
2 months of not answering the phone or e-mails later, they
finally credited my card under threat of chargeback.
One thing they did was kinda funny, they rounded up to the
next dollar when they credited me. Like the original charge was
119.28 and they credited me 120.00. Not quite the return rate
you can get on flipping Busse's or something like that!!
Anyway, stay away!!
