do you know for a FACT that the heat range of irridium plugs are the same as the factory 30k mile plugs?? NGK to be extact? if so please post proof here. i have to see it to believe it. here is some good info

If you read and look at the pictures in the link you post, you'll see the heat range of the plug is based on the design shape of the insulator. The tip metal doesn't affect it, it only affects plug longevity.
