has anyone got anything good to say about these peeps? I placed an order over 8 days ago and it still has not shipped:grumpy:
I have sent some e-mails before and after I ordered regarding stock of the item but have had no response what so ever.
I should have taken the negative response as a warning but i still jumped in and ordered. I would rather they just said if it is out of stock then i would understand, but I think their service sucks.

I have no experience with this company, but it seems that I am reading more and more posts about online dealers not responding to orders and emails questioning the disposition of the orders. This seems like a really poor way to run a business. I would cancel my order and never do business with that company again. There are too many online retailers to waste your time with ones that don't seem to give a darn.

I don't know, I hope not. They claim to respond to order enquiry e-mails within 24 hours what a laugh. I don't fancy ringing them up from England because i don't know how much it is going to cost.

I'll have give them a few more days to respond
 
I placed an order with them about 6 months ago, and I had no problems. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and I got a great deal on the CRKT limited Wasp. They've got an 800 number, if you really feel like you want to contact them, email me, and I'll give them a call to check on your order for you, because I'm a pretty decent guy, even if I do say so myself. :)
 
I have heard back from these people, and the delay was caused by not being able to get a knife in a particular blade finish so I have agreed to a different one.

It appears they do have good customer service so I just wanted to put the record straight with this reply so as not to put anyone off from dealing with them.
