Ok, so I looked around the internet for a Benchmade 32 Morpho. For some reason, the availablity was very limited, and the only usual good guy that had it in stock was Knifeworks that sells at an unusually high price. So I look around some more and find them for a good price at Premiumknives.com. I have never ordered from them.
Order sent on Jan 19. Package shipped Feb 6. Package due to arrive via ground shipping on Feb 12. A total 24 day turnaround. This means that PK orders the knife from Benchmade (about 7 miles east of where I live), has it shipped to Nebraska, so that they can ship it back to Oregon.
You can only contact them via their pre-formatted contact form on their site, they provide no phone number or email to contact them directly. They take up to 48 hours to reply, and feel proud about that. They charged my card immediately, even though the knife did not get shipped until 3 week after made my order.
So, if you like slow service, anonymous communication, ultra-quick credit card processing, and slow shipping methods, you might want to use Premiumknives.com.
If you like fast servce, someone you can talk to, reasonable credit-card policies (charge when it ships) and fast USPS shipping - stick to knifeworks, newgraham. If they don't have the knife in stock, I would recommend waiting until they get it - reliable service is worth something.
