Gentlemen:
For your consideration is this utility/hunter in presentation grade Koa/AEB-L. The scales are from my personal stash - stabilized old growth Koa with deep chocolate color, high contrast, and chatoyance. The liners are a first time four layer of stainless and black vulcanized fiber......very subtle and interesting. Extra attention is given to the handle, rounding the top and bottom for elimination of hot spots and improved ergonomics. The spine forward of the guard is checkered for secure thumb placement. The solder joint is perfectly executed with no pinholes - real old school stuff here. The bottom of the ricasso and the back of the handle butt have been radiused for added visual elements. The deerskin lined sheath has a cam that securely holds the knife yet allows it to be drawn easily. Superb fit and finish. I hope you like it!
