Yep, that's what I've been trying to suggest all along - not too much to reuse from the log splitter for a real heavy duty forging press. With that great big 4.5" cylinder you have with only 2500 psi will give almost a 20 ton press. That's gonna take a STRONG frame.

I have a 4.5 cylinder with a 10” stroke. Then mount the frame is set up from 20t. But I’m going to weld angle iron on it to beef it up

That cylinder will make a bodacious press for sure. Can you post a photo of your 20T frame? Forging presses have been sorta of a favorite topic for me. I LOVE to follow along with press builds.
