Both have some dings here and there around the perimeter of the phone. No cracks on the screen. Just tested both phones, and both work as they should.
Black phone will ship with ONLY the phone. Full disclosure: On my phone (the black one)...Right before I upgraded to the phone I have now, I had to use speakerphone or headset while talking on the phone because the volume on the ear speaker was too low. I did the software update before listing it and it seems to have worked
