I have up for grabs 3 chefs up for grabs with forge finished 1/8 AEB L stainless blades @61-62rc with a 7" cutting edges that have been flat ground thin and can really slice well. The blade heights are about 2 1/2 from heel to spine on each. The handles are stabilized and dyed maple with inlayed shark teeth cast in premium alumalite resin. The caps are black G10 with a ghost G10 spacer/liners. They all will come with a handmade leather sheath made by myself! Asking 265 (now 245) shipped each via PayPal.
