280€ Fällkniven A1Pro - with Olive micarta, terracota vulcanized fiber, and African blackwood. Wet moulded leather sheath (Helle Nord). Rounded spine from start blade and aprox 3cm forward for the thumb. This is NOT pretty, but extremely comfortable. Did it on a trip with a diamond sharpener, because my gloves got sliced from the Sharp spine.

The Handles are made By Finnish Knife maker (thetopicala.fi). There is a YouTube video of the making.

I have taken of 1/10 mm of the edge, because Fällkniven knives are ALWAYS fragile (chips), with hard use, because of decarb when grinding. These are now perfect performers. Don’t be fooled by the trashy look.

The ergonomics are also really good. way better than the skinny factory handles.
