Are the marks on the left side of the blade (2nd picture) smudges from fingerprints or scratches/marks?
 
Yes jalopyy it is just a smudge. Knife is in like new
Condition.

Never used or car
ried by me or the previous owner.

It has just sat in its case in my dresser.
