I hate to be a downer, but you should probably upgrade your usergroup (or update it) to Gold for selling. I don't like to see anyone get in trouble.
 
Thanks, I forgot that for some reason you have to manually update your status after you pay for a Gold membership. Any idea why it doesn't auto update by default?
