I am in the process of moving and everything is more expensive than I anticipated. As a consequence I am forced to sell a couple of sets of knives that I did not intend to ever let go of. Priorities stink but knives are just objects and the family comes first.

I will list these individually but if you would like to purchase more than one you can deduct $10 from the price for each additional knife after the first one.

Please post “I will take it” in the thread and then follow up with a PM or email me at: zacpatty@iCloud.com

All payments must be sent through PayPal goods and services. I will ship all knives in a USPS flat rate box and provide you with a tracking number.

#1-GEC 89 Tortoise Shell Acrylic 3 blade split back executive whittler. This knife is from 2010 and has the older and more desirable acrylic slabs which contain the red vane streaks throughout. I have carried this one a few times in a slip just to show it off, but it has never been used or sharpened. It has been heavily admired and may have some light handling marks including some light blade rub between the main blade and the coping blade. Comes with original tube and protective paper. This is one of 8 so they do not come around very often.

#3-GEC 14 Tortoise Shell Acrylic. LNIT never used or sharpened, it has been handled and admired but looks pristine to me. This is my favorite shield that GEC does, if I had to guess I would say it is Chinkapin oak, but I don’t know for sure I just know I like it. Comes with original tube and protective paper.
Price-$150-140

#4-GEC 89 Gabon Ebony. This one is from 2010 I am not the original owner I bought it on the secondary market where it was advertised as like new in tube but I believe it shows some signs of being carried i.e. some light scuff marks on the bolsters, also there are some signs of blade rub on the main blade from the pin blade. Ships in original tube and protective paper.

#5-GEC 74 Gabon Ebony. LNIT a perfect example, to me GEC hit a homer run with these stallion 74s. This one has excellent dark ebony with none of the lighter streaks that are common with that wood, and an action that begs to be opened and closed. Ships in original tube and protective paper.

#6-GEC 25 African Blackwood. Never used carried or sharpened, Some light handling marks can be seen on the bolsters but still in excellent condition. Superb dark solid black covers. Awesome walk and talk with perfect centering. I believe the UN-X-LD stamp on the blade of this run was the best marking GEC has ever used. Ships in original tube and protective paper.

Oh of course, you are right. I don’t know what I was thinking, after an hour of typing the ad and taking pictures I think my brain had officially turned to mush. I will get that correction made right away. Thank you for pointing it out.
