Here's a Jean-Pierre Martin Grand Basic front flipper with inset lock with secondary lock release on the back (see video) as well as a clip that recedes into the scale when not in use. Pretty awesome design. Only weighs 2.6 ozs too.
Carried it a couple of times but decided it's more of a gentleman's knife and I hardly ever wear suits or slacks.
