I purchased new and carried it once for about an hour and never cut anything. It's just a tad small for me. As new as it gets. Flicks open easily and has your typical Tiachung Spyderco F/F. Comes with box and box contents as new. Only trade would be for a titanium torqbar. $withdrawn
