Spyderco - purchased new from dealer. RIT dyed upon arrival. Overall a pretty good job - has a spot on the inside that didn't get dyed but outside is solid. Been carried a few times in my 5th pocket and has cut some boxes. Razor sharp factory edge. Comes with box.
Cold Steel - also purchased new from dealer. This knife has broken down a couple of boxes but has the factory edge and it still slices paper. No box.
