Shipping:
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We will try to ship the items as quickly as possible, but please allow us 24hrs to get them shipped out. If after 24 hrs you do not receive a confirmation number please send us an email and we will get you one. I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. If yo do not insure the item then it is on you if it gets lost. I will try and see what I can do, but it is your responsibility if an uninsured item gets lost.

Please let us know if there is something wrong with your order. We will do our best to inspect the knives we ship. If the knife is not functioning properly, please get in touch with the manufacturer first. They will usually replace the knife free of charge.
