Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at my latest creation.
I created this one with the purpose of being classy but hard working.
The titanium was a bear to work with but mirror polished up nicely in the end.
I have actually been quite surprised with the 52100 from Aldo Bruno since I made myself a skinner with it and it holds its edge very similarly to D2 but is much easier to sharpen.
This one needs a leather sheath, since the polished titanium bolsters scratch against kydex, but because I don't do leather, the price will be adjusted.
I made this one using: 410 stainless pins, OD green and black micarta, 1/8' 52100 1/2' titanium for the bolsters and 24 hr jb weld.
The finish is a fine satin using 600 grit SC and #0000 steel wool to remove any minor imperfections.
From the tip to the bolsters: 4.75"
Cutting edge:5.2"
Handle length:4"
Blade width:1.5"
Price is: $130 shipped ups with tracking number anywhere in the United States.
