Went crazy a few months ago with flashlights and bought some I'll never use. Frankly, I don't have the range for this monster. The light has been turned on maybe a maximum of 3 minutes total. Gets too much attention in the neighborhood and, well, anywhere else too. Vinhnguyen54 is a world renowned flashlight modder who does high quality work, and if you're interested in this light then you already know who he is.
Vinh has had this one tested at over 1700 lumens and 622kcd. Stock numbers are 1000 lumens, 170kcd. I have personally tested it to somewhere between 750-800 meters lighting up a target, but I ran out of room and couldn't go any further. Kind of a testament to the monster that is this light, and one of the true kings of throwers.
Emitter is XM-L2 U3 PDTc (premium dedomed tint). I purchased a matching set of 4 new Samsung 25R's at time of purchase specifically for this light. I also purchased a camo molle bag to carry it in, but the light has lived in the safe and is in BNIB condition. Light comes with original Fenix box with factory manual, lanyard, etc, and battery cases and birthdate card from Vinh. I have $315 invested in the total package between the light, batteries, and bag but will let everything go for SOLD shipped CONUS only, PayPal goods and services.
