Handmade Roland Lannier "Why So Serious" in White Corian and Bamboo back spacer. Used to cut food. Has been sharpened on stones and honed on a Shun steel rod. Liner Lock with a ceramic ball detent. Very sharp Sandvik 14C18N Nitrogen boosted stainless steel (HRC 60). Comes with a bamboo tube, certificate, and a nice silk pouch (it has a small stain from my son, sorry).
