Hey all,I have a couple of catch & releases for sale.
I'm still refining my preferences being fairly new to the slip joint addiction so these are going back in the pool.
First up is a beautiful stag handled Cripple Creek, made by GEC in 2009 on the #54 pattern.
This thing is so beautiful,with the matching covers,but it's just too big for me at 4 1/16" closed.
Very strong springs.I wouldn't call it a nail breaker,(mine haven't)but it do take some pull to get both blades open.
Solid,no blade play,half stops & both blades are centered.
Stainless blades,either 440C or 420HC.I can't find a definite answer on the type of steel using googlefu,some say 420 & some say 440,either way..good steel.:thumbup:
Unused,unsharpened,uncarried with tube.

And a Case Mini Trapper,model #6207W SS with a wharncliff vs spey blade in beautiful saw cut bone.
It was used & carried by the previous owner,but is in great shape with centered blades.
There is a very slight bit of sideways play in the wharncliff blade..very slight and a few scratches on the mark side of the clip blade as seen in the second pic.
$35 shipped.
I will ship the Cripple Creek via USPS Pri.+tracking with ins.
All others will go out first class w tracking.
Because of my work schedule I can't ship till friday or saturday.(Sorry)
