Thank you so much Cwilliams563! Forgive my ignorance but I'm not sure what WTB is...
If I didn't need to sell these blades, I would definitely consider the trade though...
I started this batch of 25 blanks in June 2021 with the hope of upgrading to 2x72

Hi Bill, sounds like you may have me confused with someone wanting to work a trade? WTB? I was only complimenting your knife and sheath system, not asking about a trade.

“WTB” is want to buy, again I’m not sure where that came from, definitely not my compliment to you.

GLWS-good luck with sale, and hope you figure out what you asked me. Good work on your knives.

You can tell I'm a newbie...definitely my misunderstanding. Thanks again for the compliments and clarification of the acronyms.
So, underneath your original statement, in red letters is WTB or trade for: CPK DEK 3. I confused this with an offer of sorts...

lol, oh ok I gotcha there, my mistake.

That is just my signature line that shows up on every post I make. I’m trying to find a CPK DEK 3 and willing to buy or trade some of my other knives for it. My mistake, I didn’t even think about that as I’m sure most don’t see if due to being on their phones.

That's about what I was thinking...some kind of blanket statement you were putting out there...good stuff.

You just floored me, my friend. Working the last 5+ years hoping to hear that from outside my incredibly supportive, tiny circle of friends and family.
True test will be if/when someone repeats that sentiment beyond photos. Thank you jfk..

Your very welcome!!! Good work deserves to be praised............Your knives have their own /your signature look. And to me they are freaking great looking tools.....One day hopefully I'll enlist your services my friend, until the I'm content to watch you work..😜👍👍👍.

Keep on hammering!!!!!
Best

You're awesome, James. Got a ton of ridiculously skilled makers on this site...just hoping I can find my place amongst them.

Dude! Thank you so much luethge luethge !!! I ended the the first line with "...wish I could keep it...", partly from the overall look (immensely proud, btw), but because corduroy is an absolute gem for handle material. Worst thing about this knife...imperfect as it is...the padded case it's sitting in, unused. 😩

Just a thought!!!!

If you have a blade that just won't sell, try doing a pass around...... It will get your work out there to be handled by the community..... You'll get feedback which is always good...... After its done traveling you can clean it up and sell or most guys just wind up doin a giveaway with it but that's up to you as the blades Daddy!😉

Your work is too good looking not to get it out in the wild and noticed!👍👍👍

Whatever you decide, your blades are AWESOME👍👍👍

Again James, thank you so much for the continued support and compliments.
That is something I have thought about, but I don't know if that's a financial risk I can really take at this point.?
In simplest terms, my situation is unique and complicated, and I basically need to get every penny out of these. I have 25 blanks (10 completed) waiting to be finished, and all funds are going to desperately needed equipment upgrades (not cost effective to spend 60-100 hours on each blade). Of course I need all of them sold to get the amount I need, so that requires time and saving what comes in from each one...I digress.

I can't thank JonnyMac (princessboop11) JonnyMac (princessboop11) and ferider ferider enough for taking a chance me. I know my blades aren't inexpensive, but I truly believe the value is apparent.

I also thought there was a way to get Repost/Price Reductions moved to the front page? I know you have to wait 2 weeks to repost a thread, but I've seen many show up on page one and mine didn't move...I must be missing something.

Perfectly understandable....... Everyone is paddling their own boat and has to make headway!!!! I was only suggesting what's been successful for some....Not all.......Maybe we'll come up with an acceptable one for you....

I look forward to seeing the rest of those blanks get done!😉
Stay safe and healthy!
Best,

James
