Up for sale is a LNIB Benchmade 940DLC-1802 with a 940-1 S90V blade swapped in.

I bought the 940DLC-1802 brand new from SMKW, the 940-1 brand new from REI, then did a blade swap. What's for sale is the other half of my swap.

This means you're getting a knife with 100% LNIB official Benchmade parts:
  • 940DLC-1802: Red carbon fiber scales
  • 940DLC-1802: Black liners
  • 940DLC-1802: Black deep carry clip
  • 940-1: S90V blade
  • 940-1: Blue barrel spacers
  • 940-1: Black screws, silver pivot
  • 940-1: Box, carrying case, papers, etc
I hand picked each knife to get the best possible parts. I bought four 940DLC-1802s from SMKW and chose the best one. For the 940-1, I went in person to REI and inspected and chose the best one. Both knives were perfectly centered in their original state, and both knives were still perfectly centered after swapping them.

It took a lot of time and work but it was worth it!

BTW everything is new and never carried or sharpened, though I did have to put it together. I did not use loctite.

But I might have its counterpart for sale soon. A Benchmade 940 in M390 with the 940-1 CF scales. I just got the 940-2001 and I don't know if I can keep both.
