Jack - I can appreciate your sentiments, as you know what you're talking about... This'll be my second Jelio knife, & the 1st is a similar example of flawless simplicity. And it isn't just the look, his knives are perfectly balanced & fitted - this one's etched, but his satin finish on my other blade is THE best in my entire collection, & most of my knives have satin finish, so that's saying a lot - this guy's a real talent!
