Priced to sell, so prices are pretty firm. Not really looking for trades unless it's something in my signature.

Please note that I will try to sell in the order that I receive interest. If you claim something, please try to communicate and pay in a timely manner to avoid losing out to the next interested buyer in the event that multiple folks want the same knife.

Prices are PayPal G&S and include USPS shipping with appropriate insurance.

Spyderco Shempp Bowie is alleged by another forum member to be a fake when this ad was posted so a refund has been offered and the knife has been withdrawn.

Olamic Busker Largo Three Hole, Dark Blast Bronze. I paid $465 for this knife direct from Olamic. Three hole with dark blast finish and bronze hardware and standoffs. Knife is like new in pouch with one notable exception. When I received the knife from Olamic, a couple of the standoff screws were a little loose. I must have over-tightened one just a bit and it feels stripped. I haven't bothered to send off for a new screw or standoff, so the price reflects this condition at over $200 off. Otherwise never carried or used, basically brand new. Handsome knife, great action as everyone talks about. Price $OLD

Spyderco Firefly. Purchased new, never used or carried. Blade favors show side and there is a little discoloration inside the thumbhole. Price: $OLD

Spyderco Native 5 LW Rex 45. Purchased new still LNIB, I've never used or carried it. Price: $OLD

Spyderco Mantra 1. Purchased here on the forum as NIB, still LNIB, I've never used or carried it. Price $OLD

Spyderco Mantra 2. Purchased new still LNIB, I've never used or carried it. Price $120

Spyderco Swayback. BNIP, purchased two of them and only keeping one. Price: $250

I was going to call the Schempp Bowie, but unfortunately that one is fake.
As for why: CF laminate should be textured (like the sage 1) , brass should be a little sharper on the corners and should be dovetailed to the scale, proportions on the liners are a little off, and the transition from swedge to primary bevel should be much sharper.

<edit>removed confusing term "appears to be"

As I said in the ad, it was bought here on the forum. Previous seller is a member in good standing with good feedback, so I have no reason to believe it's a fake from him. I have several Taichung Spydercos and this one seems on par with build quality and markings, though obviously used and sharpened. But I don't have any other Schempp Bowie to compare it to so I can't say for certain. If it is a fake it's a good one. The knife is sold but I've offered the buyer a refund.

To be clear: It is fake. Apologies for the word choice of "appears."

I have a couple and can provide photos to better describe the differences between the real and fake if you'd like. List above is not exhaustive. That example is one of the 3 colorways the fake is available in, and typically isn't one people realize is fake since the knife it is based on is fairly uncommon to begin with.

Here’s a better course of action. Report the post and let a moderator deal with it. That said I’d remove that knife and send it to Spyderco but don’t expect them sending it back.

Not sure your getting my emails Charlie but If we can’t get it done tonight I’ll try contacting you tomorrow,I’ll be up for another hour or so . Thanks man
