1) GEC Tidioute #62 Maverick. Ebony, with nice lighter streaks. Catch and release for me: unused/unsharpened, comes with tube. $OLD

2) 3.5" Hen and Rooster Solingen (Gutmann) congress. Perfect fit and finish, beautiful crisp walk and talk. I can see why people go ga-ga over these older German H&R knives. Unused and unsharpened; some pepper spots are evident. $59

3) Bulldog Congress, Solingen made. Tennessee Walking Horse etch, with a tang stamped date of 1984. This is the heart shield version (I believe there are other versions with the other 3 card suits shields out there!) Great W&T/F&F; some pepper spots but unused and unsharpened. There is mineral oil on the blades in these pics. $OLD

4) 3.5" Western (Boulder, CO) serpentine jack. Tight knife with great snap, no gaps, and what look like full blades with some patina. Nickel liners and pins. Almost perfect Rogers bone: just one tight crack on the pile side center pin. This is the quintessential American jackknife IMHO. $49
