Matthew Lerch handmade tactical manual folding knife. Approximately 8" in OAL. The blade is 3 1/2" long. The blade is stainless steel Damascus, and the handle is G10 with grooves running down either side. Also notice the alternating notches cut in the liners on both the top and bottom sides of the knife - a nice touch that give the knife a great look.

Great feel to the knife – light and quick in-hand – and the action is smooth. Lock up is solid - no blade play in any direction. The blade is nicely centered between the handle when closed.

I am the original owner of this knife. I intended to put it in my carry rotation, but never got around to doing anything with it, except handle it. It has not been used, and it has not been re-sharpened. It is in like-new condition, from the maker.

Peter Marzitelli tactical folding knife. I am the original owner. I do not recall what model he called this one. However, this is a lot of knife for the money. His "Marz" knives are world renowned for their artistry, craftsmanship, attention to detail and uniqueness. This knife is a perfect example of his work.

The knife is in virtually mint condition. It has never been used, carried or sharpened. The overall length is 7 3/4", and the blade is 3 1/4" long. This is liner lock with a rather unique, thick lock-bar. This makes for a lock-up that is strong and tight as a vault with a resounding click. There is absolutely no blade play in any direction, and the blade is perfectly centered in the handle when closed.

The blade is Stainless Damascus, as is the pocket clip. The bolsters are carbon fiber. If I recall correctly the exotic wood used for the handle scales is Cocobolo. Engraved in the wood is Peter's signature maker's mark "pterodactyl". There is also an ambidextrous thumbstud and textured thumb ramp. There's a huge amount of work and materials that has gone into making this knife. This knife feels very substantial in-hand.

Rick Nowland handmade gentleman's Texas Toothpick. Purchased from Rick at a Blade Show approximately 6 or 7 years ago. The knife's handles are beautifully matched Gold Lip Mother of Pearl slabs with a single pin on either side. It has stainless steel bolsters on both the front and back of the handle. I do not recall the blade steel.

This is a great dress carry knife, classy and with great lines. Rick's fit and finish, and attention to detail is great. This knife is 5 7/8" long with a 2 3/4" blade. It has a half stop, and closes with a loud snap. It has never been carried, used or re-sharpened. It is in the same condition as when I received it. Lock-up is tight with no blade play in any direction, and the blade is close to center when closed.

Kevin L. Hoffman (KLH) gent’s folder. Purchased from Kevin directly at a Blade Show (you’ll find this one on his website under “Folders”). It has never been used, carried, or re-sharpened. The blade and oversized bolster is stainless Damascus. The blade has filework along the spine. The handle is a beautiful mosaic of several types of fossil mammoth and fossil walrus ivory. It has blued titanium textured liners, and blued titanium backspacer with file-work along the rear-end. There is a gold nugget piece inset into the backspacer of the handle. The knife measures 6” in overall length, the blade is 2 ½” and the handle is 3 ½”. Lock-up is tight with no blade play, and the blade looks centered in the handle. This is nice upscale, classy folder for when you are dressing up. This knife has a lot of upgrades for the money.

Kevin L. Hoffman (KLH) tactical bead blasted titanium folder. I consider this to be Kevin’s signature knife – it has the eagle head cut-out with the blued titanium backing from the liners. Blade is ATS-34 with a satin finish. Has an oversized pocket clip in the shape of an eagle’s wing, with KLH cut-out. I purchased this from Kevin at a Blade Show. It has never been used, carried or re-sharpened. Has ever-so-slight handling marks on the titanium handle that won’t photograph. Measures 7 ½” in overall length, with a 3 ¼” blade and 4 ¼” handle. Lock up is tight with no blade play, and the blade is centered in the handle. Great blade shape, and easy on the hand – this is one of my favorites from Kevin.

Rare, W.D. Pease fixed blade spearpoint bowie made of INTEGRAL construction – the blade, guard and tang are all one piece. I am the original owner, and this one has been the centerpiece of my collection for the past approximately 12 years. You guys know how time consuming it is to make an integral knife. And the risk if a mistake is made. Mr. Pease does not disappoint with this one.

This knife is 11" long, with a 6" blade (measured to the bolster). The steel (if I recall correctly) is 440C, and is 1/2" thick at its widest point (the guard / bolsters). This was quite a chunk of bar stock that the Reverend Pease started with. He left the blade at a hair over 1/4" in thickness. The blade has a false edge on the spine (or swedge). The symmetry of the grinds is awesome. The handle is coffin-shaped, and the stag slabs that have been attached are some of the finest, thickest, and best matching slabs I have ever seen - not to mention real gnarly, with great feel. They are secured with 6 pins. There is a tiny chip in the stag, seen on of the close up pictures of the handle on the serialized side – I’ve had it displayed in a shadow box on the “Pease” marked side. Or. perhaps Rev. Pease could replace the handle material. I don’t know when or how it happened, but it is small. It's never bothered me. The knife weighs a whopping 10.4 ounces!

It has never been used, carried or resharpened. There isn't a mark on the steel. There are no cracks or shrinkage in the stag (just the noted chip). There is no sheath, but I will ship it in a padded zippered case. Price is well below the purchase price / value (I’ve adjusted for the chip).

Steve Dunn, MS Camp / Bowie Knife. I am the original owner, purchased directly from Steve at a past Blade or Guild Show.

Overall length of the knife is just a tad short of 15 1/2". The blade is 9 7/8" long with a cutting edge of 9 1/4". Top edge of the blade is not sharpened. I don't recall the blade steel, but I know Steve prefers 52100, 1084 and L-6 for his carbon steel blades. The handle is Desert Ironwood. I think the guard is nickel silver.

It has never been used, re-sharpened, or carried. It has been stored in a safe, and only taken out to be fondled and admired. Although religiously coated in Ballistol 3 or 4 times a year, there is some peppering on both sides of the blade that have developed over time. You cannot feel them. Steve says that he could easily buff them out (if they bother you), but I have chosen to leave the knife as is. Buffing out the blade would only "open the pores of the steel" allowing the spotting to appear again and more quickly. It in no way detracts from the beautiful lines and functionality of this piece. There is no sheath. It will be shipped in a padded zippered case. Priced well below the purchase price / value (I’ve adjusted for the blade).

Steve Dunn, MS, Stag Handled Bowie Knife. I am the original owner, purchased directly from Steve at a past Blade or Guild Show.

Overall length of the knife is 12". The blade is 7" long with a cutting edge of 6 1/2". Top edge of the blade is not sharpened. I don't recall the blade steel, but I know Steve prefers 52100, 1084 and L-6 for his carbon steel blades. The handle is made from 2 well-matched amber colored pieces of stag. I believe the handle style is referred to as "mortise", as the tang is hidden and the 2 slabs of stag are sandwiched together. I think the guard is nickel silver. There is a beautiful carved leather quick-release sheath with a snap retention made by Steve's lovely wife, Gwen.

It has never been used, re-sharpened, or carried. It has been stored in a safe outside of the sheath, and only taken out to be fondled and admired. Although religiously coated in Ballistol 3 or 4 times a year, there is some peppering on both sides of the blade, as seen in some of the pictures. It will be shipped in a padded zippered case (along with the sheath). Priced well below the purchase price / value (I’ve adjusted for the blade).

Steve Dunn, MS, Small “Personal” Bowie Knife. I am the original owner, purchased directly from Steve at a past Blade or Guild Show.

Overall length of the knife is 10". The blade is 5 1/4" long with a cutting edge of 4 3/4". Top edge of the blade is not sharpened. I don't recall the blade steel, but I know Steve prefers 52100, 1084 and L-6 for his carbon steel blades. The handle is Desert Ironwood. I think the guard is nickel silver. There is a pouch-type sheath included.

It has never been used, re-sharpened, or carried. It has been stored in a safe outside of the sheath, and only taken out to be fondled and admired. Although religiously coated in Ballistol 3 or 4 times a year, there are a very few minor peppering spots on both sides of the blade, but not throughout. More noteworthy is the fact that there are some very fine scratches / rubs on the blade and guard from having been inserted and withdrawn from the sheath – the sheath is tight fitting and stiff. And although stored outside the sheath, it has been in and out of it at one time or another. It will be shipped in a padded zippered case (along with the sheath). Priced well below the purchase price / value (I’ve adjusted for the noted condition).
