Just finished this up. Forged from automotive spring, the blade is 6" long, 11.5" OAL. It's a bit over 1/8th inch thick. The end of the handle has been left bare for hammering, if necessary.

The handle is leather, paracord and natural sinew, soaked in epoxy and superglue.

Oh yeah. The blade is thin enough for very good slicing.
