pro heat treatment

Hi guys, I have some quick questions:

I am thinking about using Paul Bos for some heat treatment and I am wondering if he does carbon steals, all the info I have found on him only talks about stainless and tool steels. Also does anyone with some experience working with him know a general turnaround time?

I am also wondering if there is anyone here on the forums who does HT on carbon steels?

I have made a fist fill of knives and tested them to detruction, though they are very tough as a novice heat treater I would not want to sell anything I heat treated. Plus I have no way of testing Rc and would like to have that info for any possible customers who are interested in my knives.

Paul Bos doesn't do carbon steels. Delbert Ealy from right here on BF will heat treat carbon steels at a very reasonable price.

Call Peters' Heat Treat in Meadville, PA (www.petersheattreat.com) and talk to Brad Stallsmith. Great guy and they do all my O-1.
