Pro Tech CS A+++!

Hey guys.
I have a Pro Tech TR-3 that is an awesome knife! Got it off the Exchange with a satin blade. The grind was a bit uneven and I prefer coated blades.....on some knives. Wanted one on this beauty, so I called Pro Tech.
Spoke to Mapi in CS and she was happy to help.
Long story short, took 2 weeks and the job they did is literally perfect! The knife now looks brand new with a gorgeous black blade!
What a great company to deal with and a huge thumbs up to Mapi....the friendliest Customet Service chick!

Yeah ProTech is pretty good. I got one once with a dull blade with a lot of side-to-side play, I sent it in and got it back in much better shape. I love their products and it's nice to know that they will take care of them if I have any issues. I also love the fact that I can buy my own replacement springs, quite the selling point in my opinion.
