I'll answer that.

The blade is 3.25" and yes, it has a pocket clip.

I am still in the process of trying to be sure I can carry the knife I want in my area. It is challenging since I live and travel through 3 states. One of the states is a very anti gun, anti knife, and in general it seems to me like this one state is just about anti - everything, with the exception being criminal rights.
Criminal's rights are a big concern. I may sound a little negative, but that is just
about how I see it these days. Well, I will persist until I get a definitive answer.
