As of November 15, the Exchange forums have been operating with a different default order than they used to and the rest of BF still does.
Threads in the Exchange are now presented in order of time of original posting. Bumping no longer works. Chatting is now OK. Buyers can click on Last Post on the blue bar at the head of the thread list to see the list in is former order.
