Probably the best value i've seen yet. Needs Work

I've been thinking of getting a G10 version, but they're kind of hard to find and I actually like the feel of the Polymide handles. How are the flat slabs of the G10 for grip?

I've been wanting to buy one to donate to Ankerson so I can see how well the tip holds up. That's the only part of the knife that has worried me so far.

Normal use it will hold up fine, it will snap off if you pry with it. This is a slicer, not a "hard use" folder. That said, I won't even pry with my ZTs. I consider it like the Military, not a "hard use" folder, but an excellent cutter.

I picked up a Kershaw Needs Work too and have been carrying it at work for the past 3 weeks or so.
Top notch knife for the money. I have the G10 version. It's great for shrink wrap, pallet cardboard, bags and bag tape. Excellent detail cutter. Rides nice and high in the pocket so it's easily deployed for use, holds a edge well and is a slicing machine. As mentioned the Needs Work is a slicer only and I would recommend it to anyone that would usually use a box cutter but prefers a knife instead.
