Problem with my order and no answers from Bestknives

I bought a knife and a bottle of Tuff Glide from Bestknives.
I recieved the package, however there was a bottle of Smooth Kote instead of the Tuff Glide.

I mailed them about it two weeks ago, then mailed them two more times, asking them to send the proper product (I offered to send back the Smooth Kote). However they never replied to my email.

It's too bad that a company looses customers for bad communication and not recognizing his mistakes.:(
 
I had a problem with them as well, I bought diamond rods for the Sharpmaker, and they didn't deliver after 2 weeks, I emailed them and they said they were out of stock, new stock should be in next week. I waited another week, no rods, emailed again, was told that they were out of stock, should be in in a week or TWO, I emailed again saying I would like a refund, no reply after 3 emails. I ended up filing a dispute with Paypal, and got a refund through them.
 
I have encountered the internet cutlery shops who have zero stock.
Every customer gets the run around and list of BS excuses while they order your order and wait for it....
I think they all bought the same "Run your own business on the internet with no Cash", Book!:mad:
 
Time zones shouldn't be a problem. If you are in the same time zone as Berlin you are six hours ahead of the time in Florida. So when you get home from work, it should be around noon where Best Knives is. If you work a different shift then you should be able to call before you go to work.
