I bought a knife and a bottle of Tuff Glide from Bestknives.
I recieved the package, however there was a bottle of Smooth Kote instead of the Tuff Glide.
I mailed them about it two weeks ago, then mailed them two more times, asking them to send the proper product (I offered to send back the Smooth Kote). However they never replied to my email.
It's too bad that a company looses customers for bad communication and not recognizing his mistakes.
