Without seeing the photo in question or knowing any other information it's difficult to troubleshoot. When in doubt, upload the image to imgur.com and use the share codes to link it here

Hi spark. Thanks. Can we pls go offLine to pm?. Its NOT just one image, it is all of them. Iam a tech ... idont think this is a "is it plugged in" issue ... just trying to effectively troubleshoot...
