I've been seeing a lot of G&G Hawk designs popping up recently. First the Quartermaster, then the Buck, and now Boker Plus! Do they have any other collaborations coming out? Here's the newest Boker design, the Griploc.

That boker looks interesting, I will probably get one.

The quartermaster is probably going to be out my price range,

But G&G Hawk have some great designs.

The Boker Griplock and Buck Marksman are actually the two knives I'm earmarking money for right now. The Hawks seem to be putting out a ton of great designs right now.

Thanks for the extra info! I think I'm most excited about the Buck, but I'll probably end up buying all of them :D

I wondered years ago after the External Toggle the success they'd have if they figured out how to enclose that mechanism in a not so quirky-looking knife. The Boker knife is kind of what I was getting at. Looks very promising.

Zt0500 Discontinued and Hard to find - prices are stunningly high.

Kershaw ram Discontinued and Hard to find - great knife.

Kershaw e.t. Discontinued and Hard to find - plus the design was odd.

So these new G&G hawk knives sure are looking quite interesting!

Blue Belt - I think that you are spot on - it is nice to see the E.T. fun mechanism re-incarnated in what appears to be - a more practical use design.

You are most welcome.

I have zero experience with the quartermaster brand - depending on the real street pricing for the Buck and The BokerPlus - I might bite.

Nothing wrong with 440C, especially when treated correctly- which Boker is known to do.

I have a hard time calling 440c subpar. Remember, the 154CM in the Buck is just one step up from 440c.

I retract my comments on the steel quality - did not mean to start a steel war =) Cool looking knives - cannot wait for them to be available for purchase.

No Worries Moniker.

here is another video of the Buck Marksman 830

This one is a *have to hold it first* knife - that lock is either going to really annoy me or it is going to be fun. Part of the fun of a flipper knife.. is flipping it... and if you have to two hand unlock it every time...

Side-note - they bead blasted 154cm metal - hmmm I like tumbled/stonewashed over beadblast - definitely have to lay hands on this one first.
