Edit: I'd like to give one to my son who is LEO can I get it engraved with his name or his Dept name?

I don't think he will do that since he would be competing with his retailers by selling to us.
We could probably get Derrick fom knivesshipfree or one of another retailer to place an order like that if their is enough of us who want in.

I certainly understand them not wanting to shortcut their dealers by selling direct from the factory. And I am not opposed to joining in on a BF order for them with custom serials. I would think that an order of 12-24 would be enough to justify such an SFO, but I'll be interested to hear their take on this ...when they get back from BLADE.
