Production kephart and bushfinger

I will say that, personally, the Kephart and Camp Knife were my two favorite mid-techs from Andy. I own one of each and wouldn't part with either. The Camp Knife is just pure fun to hack into stuff with. The Kephart, especially for its size, just seems to disappear into your hand and becomes very natural to use. You won't be disappointed with the Kephart.

For my uses, the Kephart is my favorite bushcraft knife design of all. I am spoiled to Andy's hand shaped handles, but the mid-tech gives me my favorite bushcraft knife pattern in my favorite steel.

Does anyone know if the prod kephart went through a redesign or any modifications to its handle width? The natural one in Whitty's photo seems to be fat, fatter than my prod user, but I cannot tell if its just the camera angle or if it really is wider. I only own custom shop/full custom fangers so I wasn't able to do my own direct comparison to this photo. Anyone with a caliper measurement or pics on a cutting mat of the prod kep would be appreciated.

Thanks

The Kephart had a fatter overall grip.

Thanks Bmurray... I can see why the prod kep is one of your favorites.

My curiosity was if the forge has made any alterations to the prod kephart handle since they started producing them - like with the camp knife when I believe they added the hidden lanyard hole after the first generation was produced.

I don't have the Bushfinger here at the moment, but if I remember right I think the Bushfinger has the thinner handle because it has a taller handle, thus the overall circumference is roughly the same. In this pic, top to bottom, Kephart, Bushfinger, Duke
